In memoriam: Antonis Verganelakis

The abstract submission is now closed.

In the general program there will be two types of communications: oral presentations (25 min. + 5 min. discussion); poster presentations (with an optional short oral presentation). Since there will be no parallel sessions, only a limited number of oral presentations will be scheduled. Thus, there will be a selection process and all proposed communications will be peer reviewed. If you plan to give a talk or present a poster, please
  1. Prepare an extended abstract (with references) using our LaTeX template; the length of this extended abstract for the peer review process should not exceed 2 pages; please avoid using personally defined macros or abbreviations;
  2. Send the source TeX file as an e-mail attachment to needs2015@needs-conferences.net by March 2, 2015, using as a subject line: NEEDS 2015: Abstract: <Your Last Name> <Your First Name>.
Authors submitting a poster communication will be given the opportunity to complement their poster with a short (5-10 min) oral presentation. Please note that due to time limitations, not all communications initially proposed as an oral presentation can be allocated. In this case, the author will be given the opportunity to present the communication as a poster with an optional short (5-10 min) oral presentation. Acceptance of your abstract will be confirmed via e-mail by March 9, 2015
