If you intend to participate the AQuA25 Conference please:

Fill out this form (the fields marked by an asterisk are mandatory) and click the Submit button; you will receive an e-mail to confirm your submission.
Download and fill out the Conference registration & Hotel reservation form (Word.doc, pdf) by May 31, 2025 . Follow the instructions on the form, and make sure that you fax or e-mail the filled-out and signed form to the Hotel as instricted on the form.
- Conference early registration fee (before July 1, 2025): € 150
- Regular registration fee (after July 1, 2025, prior to arrival): € 200
- On-site registration fee (upon arrival): € 300
Due to the limited number of available rooms, the participants are strongly advised to make the Hotel reservation as soon as possible.
A limited number of contributed talks are available and there will be a poster session. If you plan to give a talk or present a poster, prepare an abstract using our LaTex template and send it as an e-mail attachment to AQuA25@bugs.unica.it, before June 10, 2025. Acceptance of your abstract will be confirmed via e-mail by June 15, 2025. The authors of contributed talks that cannot be inserted in the program will be offered the possibility to convert their talk to a poster.
