    If you intend to participate the ETNA25 Conference, please:

    1. Fill out this form (the fields marked by an asterisk are mandatory) and click the Submit button; you will receive an e-mail to confirm your submission.
    2. Download and fill out the Conference registration & Hotel reservation form
      (Word .doc, PDF A4, PDF letter).
      Follow the instructions on the form, and make sure that you fax or e-mail the filled-out and signed form to the Hotel as instructed on the form.
      • Conference early registration fee (before March 1, 2019) € 200
      • Regular registration fee (after March 1 prior to arrival) € 250
      • On-site registration fee (upon arrival) € 300
      Due to the limited number of available rooms, the participants are strongly advised to make the Hotel reservation as soon as possible.
    3. A limited number of contributed talks are available. If you plan to give a talk or present a poster, prepare an abstract using our LaTeX template and send it as an e-mail attachment to etna25-abstract@bugs.unica.it before February 1, 2019. Acceptance of your abstract will be confirmed via e-mail by February 15, 2019.
