Registration Form and Abstract submission

If you are planning to attend the conference, please fill in the form available at the page Registration Form.
If you intend to give a talk, please write in LaTeX your abstract using our LaTeX template and send the source Tex file to iwanasp18@bugs.unica.it with the subject: "abstract, your name and surname".
The deadline of the registration and abstract submission is April 15, 2018.
Due to multiple requests, we have decided to extend the deadline of the registration and abstract submission. The new deadline is May 1, 2018.
You will receive an email confirming the abstract acceptance by May 15, 2018.

Registration fee

The participation fee includes the conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception and social dinner.

Early registration fee: 230 euro.
Early students registration fee: 180 euro.
Deadline of the early registration fee: June 15, 2018.

Late registration fee: 280 euro.
Late student registration fee: 230 euro.
Deadline of the late registration fee: July 15, 2018.
